pre-competitive program for boys and girls teaches fundamental gymnastics skills
for every event. The gymnast has the opportunity to learn skills required to enter
our competitive team program. Skill progressions are determined by the USA Gymnastics
age group level 1-4 program and the "Fun & Fitness" gymnastics program.
Classes are divided by skill level. Posters, listing skills that the children
have learned in class, are given to each child. Bi-monthly awards are given for
