Classes - 9 months to 5 years. |
Our
Kindergym program, offered to children ages 9 months to 5 years, is designed to
heighten individual physical awareness and coordination. The essential goal of
this program is for children to develop confidence and assurance in a non-competitive
atmosphere. Instruction is based on a combination of movement, education and developmental
gymnastics skills.

Kindergym program consists of four different classes that are offered for 4 different
age groups: |
| Hot
Tots: | 9 Months - 2 Years | | Me
& My Shadow: | Age 2 | | Tumble
Bunnies: | Age 3 | | Tumble
Bears: | 4 Years to 5 |

| Hot
Tots: These classes are for parents and their tots (ages 9 months
to 2 years). The instructor leads parents and tots through various motor skill
applications using gymnastics apparatus. Each 45 minute class meets once

& My Shadow: This 2 year old program is also for parents and their
tots, but unlike the "Hot Tots" classes, parents will only shadow their
child during class. The essential goal of this program is for children to develop
confidence and assurance in a non-competitive atmosphere and acclimate to their
surroundings. Instruction is based on a combination of movement education and
developmental gymnastics. Each 45 minute class meets once per week.

| Tumble
Bunnies: These classes are for preschoolers, ages 2 & 3. Much like
the Hot Tots classes, the Bunnies classes are designed to enhance your child's
physical awareness and coordination. Each 45 minute class meets once per
